- Assist plan sponsors in the establishment of an Investment Committee responsible for plan level investment decisions
- Develop an Investment Policy Statement (IPS) that outlines the criteria for selecting and monitoring plan investments
- Recommend investments for the retirement plan, monitor existing investments, and manage the watch-list for investments that do not meet IPS criteria
- Provide the investment committee with periodic reporting and analysis of plan investments
